The Story Behind the Shoot
Elder Ltd., a newly established recruitment firm, came without a clear concept in terms of creative vision but with a clarity on the deadline: they wanted it fast. As a startup in a highly competitive market, their online presence wasn't just a marketing tool It was a crucial piece of credibility needed to secure initial clients and talent. We were tasked with creating an entire brand identity from scratch, along with a high-performance website, all while knowing their needs and content would be constantly evolving.
When we first connected with the team at Elder Ltd., they were truly "building the plane while flying it." They needed a full, professional brand and website, but the core business details, from the final logo to the service packages - were still shifting as they secured their first clients. Instead of getting bogged down in the startup chaos, we focused on embracing flexibility. Our strategy was to immediately lock down a professional, trustworthy aesthetic.
We used the classic blue for credibility and professionalism but different. We then built everything on a modular design system in Framer. This approach allowed us to launch the essential brand assets like the logo, business cards, and style guide in the first week, giving them the credibility they needed for immediate outreach, even as we continued refining the full website build.
